Kyle in the pump department is hands down the most knowledgeable guy I’ve talked to When it comes to rebuilding pumps . He went above and beyond by helping me get my pump fixed. I would recommend him to anyone. Akland pump give that guy a raise !

Highly recommend this business just from my experiences with the customer service! I had to take an irrigation pump down to them to have it inspected and to also get a seal replaced. Both tasks were completed with quality customer service. They provided me with a video of them testing the pump to show me that it was in good working order to begin with. Complete honesty from these people. Professionals. Highly recommend!

Are well went out and our neighbors told us he had a friend that worked at this company. So we called this company schedule someone to come out. But in the meantime, our neighbor's friend named Dylan and our neighbor came over and they hooked us up water from the neighbor's house. They went out of their way to make sure we had water. I was very impressed with this. It's nice to know there's kind people to help.

Akland pump is one of the best out there and it’s not close. They helped me every step of the way, I bought all the correct parts from them and ended up doing the work myself and something wasn’t working properly, they walked me through it and even sent a guy to double check everything and make sure it was all good! Would refer everyone. Great customer service!

A new well pump, a K-Line setup or a sprinkler head from the supply store: this is how those jobs went.
Went in today because my husband ran over our sprinkler head..... I had no idea what I was looking for and could only verbally describe what I needed! Enter Tim! He nailed it and was able to help me get the exact pvc piping and sprinkler head I needed! I would have been lost without him today! I so appreciate the kind and friendly service I was given there! Will use them every time
Dealt with Dylan from beginning to end. What a great guy. Replaced my pump/control box/plumbing and had water to my house in a matter of hours.
I find myself having to change my previous review of Akland Pump. Within the last year, we have called them twice, and they've shown up within 24 hours to fix what had derailed. They were polite and made good on their promises. I am thankful that I can remove my previous rating. Way to go, guys

Great company, I bought a K Line set up from them and the price was a lot less than I expected. Should have done this years ago. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Mark took the extra time to explain how to set it up and everything turned out great.
